I bought a car from these guys and 1 week later signs of drivetrain popped up on screen and refused to help and their warranty company charge fees for claims and dont answer the phone. Very Bad customer service. Be careful of false paperwork they provide to show cars have work been done thats not correct. Disgusted with the service be careful when buying cars from them.

As a long distance buyer, I rely on images and video from the dealership. The images uploaded with the advert looks good and featured every detail of the car. More intriguing was the honest and accurate description of car condition in the personalise video showing what were invisible in the images. The offer by the dealership to fix some makings on the car was exceptionally good. The support provided with the finance provider when some delay was experience was very good. All staff were friendly and respectful. There was no surprise on arrival. The car was cleaner than I had expected, and all cars on their site were very good and clean. Rovia Cars Service in my experience is top class and reliable. I will definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful and honest guys. A very pleasant experience. Offered a fair return for my trade in with no haggling. The car I purchased has had no problems and I am confident that if I had encountered any that they would hev been resolved without issue. Recommended.

Rarely write reviews but had such a good experience with the guys at Rovia it seemed only fair to make an exception. So helpful from start to finish, going the extra mile to deliver the car to me after a few holds up with the finance company. So far, I cant fault the car in the slightest. Thank you so much for all your help.
