        When I went for the first time I met a very gentle person whose behavior and working quality were awesome. Nowadays a man working there whose behavior is just ridiculous and trying to charge extra money for the repair of a puncture tyre.

        Hancocks cycles is a super one stop workshop for bike accessories and repairs and have a range of new bikes in store or to order,the staff are very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.

        Snapped a chain quick link on my giant glory converted e bike whilst riding through Lea valley, walked my bike there and he got it straight in and put a new one on for me. He got me back on the road within minutes. Thanks again
