        Wrong part sent out bought a Gilles radiator cap received Gilles bar ends. Awaiting the correct part to be sent out . Staff were helpfull in responding to my complaint and sorting it out. I would just recommend they make sure there store room staff check there orders before sending parts out.

        Awful customer service, extremely rude staff. As others have said they don't care once they've taken your money! Purchased a service item from drbikes and requested a invoice for my bikes service record, they gave every excuse possible to not supply it. Passive aggressive and extremely belittling. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
