BTL Rentals

Really helped us out with a van rental, following a failure from another hire company, quick and easy to deal with, great remote return system, deposit refunded quickly after a few days, well worth using.

Cant thank these guys enough! Was let down by another local hire company Saturday evening and rang BTL to see if anything was available, they explained that they had a van returning late on the Saturday night and they was happy to hire it to me the Sunday morning even though this is out of their normal work hours. Thanks so much!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Booked a Luton van for hire, arrived to collect and told that there are no Luton vans available. Advised to go to another van company at the very last minute and told this will be an extra cost to us. BTL (specifically an individual named Dan) did not offer to cover the extra costs and appeared not to care about a mistake made on their part. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend, unless you wish to be let down at the last minute.
