Autocare Graveley

Woeful experience recently trying to get booked in for an MoT. Firstly nobody answers the phone and you dont get a call back when leaving an answerphone message. ADDITIONAL info due to the reply from Autocare .. I have been trying to give you my business all week and even brought the car to Graveley, but again only one person in the whole business so nobody answer the phone, and cant MoT the car unless its booked in now. There used to be about three MoT testers here. So I went away and arranged with the person whos car it is then called to book in but its been farcical to be honest. Ive been using this place for MoTs for over 20 years but wont be coming back. Since you guys took over its gone downhill considerably. Ill give you a third star for showing some genuine interest in my review. You need more staff, its quite simple.

Had a flat tyre. Had a spare just needed tyre wrench to undo the nuts. Popped in to ask if we could borrow one. The man was so rude basically told us to p**s off as was 4pm and needed to get his work finished. Wasn't asking him to do just borrow a tool. Also bear in mind i am 31 weeks pregnant on way home from hospital appt...He then stood outside chatting for 10 mins while we sat in car waiting for rac.. Will never use rude, and totally unhelpful..
