Exceptional stay, beautiful room with all you need, great food and staff (made too feel so welcome & left as friends - not guests) - perfect for peace & quiet, no tv which is great!! Just chill & recharge!! We will definitely be returning!!

I booked two months in advance to stay and eat this Friday night to have my reservation cancelled two days before. If youve overbooked, surely you cancel those extra bookings that pushed you over, not one thats been planned in for months and paid for! Such short notice means Ive had to completely change my plans and location for where Im staying as no where suitable nearby is available. Refund will take 7-12 working days, lucky I was able to pay for my new booking elsewhere otherwise l wouldnt have been able to do my plans at all. Terrible service.
