Hairs in the made up bed.
No bedding supplied for the sofa bed, when we went to reception, as no one would anser the phone when called , they only gave a duvet, no sheet, no pillows.
Food & drinks: The reason the breakfast is free is because no one in the right mind would pay for it. It was unedible. Worst breakfast I have ever experienced
Noteworthy details: Check the parking details, the staff don't tell you that the car park is monitored by private parking parkmavern. You will get a 100 fine a few days later, just to add insult to injury!!
