        Very disappointed with the service that the manager provided there. I bought some medication from and when I opened the package at home, it was empty( no medication). I went back there ( the same day) and reported that, and the manager only excuse was that they have experienced theft with them and I need to repurchase them. I said I wasn't happy with the service and she said that I can buy them from Tesco lol.

        AWFUL customer service from both managers and staff!! We came in today and found an item on the clearance marked as 1 yet when going to the self checkouts it scanned up as much higher - we then checked this with a staff member to say this item needs to be changed on the checkouts who then said someone priced it wrong, she was incredibly rude about it and kept repeating the exact same sentence with attitude saying well you can have it for 18 or you can have it for 10 but youre not having it for 1 whenever we asked a question politely. Its not our fault the item was priced wrong its theirs for pricing it wrong so it shouldve been honoured! Then we said we dont want the item and carried on with our purchase, the self checkout started playing up and we asked another lady for help who we were told is the assistant manager and she walked over stared at us for a few seconds and didnt say a word we then said its not working and she tapped the screen turned her back and walked off without saying a single thing to us. The staff in this shop need serious training on customer service and how to be polite - even the customers around us couldnt believe how bad the service was!!
