I was actually quite happy with my lashes until I booked in for an infill a few weeks ago, I travelled in a taxi to the address provided which was 8 when I got there no one was home, I didn't know what to do. I waited 20 minutes outside the address for another taxi(another 8)and went home very upset. I was then charged for my last infill appointment to which I messaged and got a refund later that day i was also told it was the booking app that didnt notify the business of my appointment when the refund came through another charge was taken off my card for the appointment I had that day. I messaged again and again for 3 weeks until I finally received my refund. I was also in contact with the booking app which clearly states they do not touch money that goes between the business and client. Because of this I am giving 1 star as I've never ever experienced anything like that with any service.

Really friendly and welcoming environment. Not used to having my lashes done before I started going here and was treated with patience and kindness, as well as this the lashes are great and would definitely recommend.

My sister recommended the cosmetic Parlour and I am so glad she did. Work is always beautiful, takes a lot of time in making sure I am happy before I leave.
