Chertsey Branch: Breeze process yet thorough and professional by very friendly staff It was a breeze process yet so thorough to have our car exchanged for a ulez compliant one, it was very well done and carried out by the really warm and friendly staff, Im especially impressed with the particular member of staff-Harry from the Chertsey Branch, who has gone above and beyond with integrity, non pushy professionalism to walk us through the whole process, explaining every detail to the T, helping us understand everything, especially to a car model so new to us with so many fancy functions it came with, His patience, professionalism, and knowledgable attitude was commendable The outlet is well spaced, clean, bright, welcoming and gave us the very welcoming vibe when we arrived, the staff were not pushy, and are very professional, The facilities are beyond basics and I can see the word sustainability printed in every part of this business, Im more than impressed! AVOID THIS COMPANY! It's not worth the hassle! They sold me a car that was not fit for purpose. The car has been faulty for 8 months now and they have been nothing but awful! They said they were going to take my car to the main dealer for repair on 2 occasions and this didn't happen! They don't reply to your emails, They lie to you on the phone, they said vauxhall had no room for my car when they tried delivering. This was a LIE and they infact lost my keys. This company have been nothing but unhelpful and stressful for me and my family. I will be taking legal action against cazoo. Don't use this awful company

Small details like warranty covers not make clear, we waited 10 days for car to be collected then no one turned up and no message at all. At the we end took the car to the Cazzoo on a Sunday at our own expense to get our refund etc. Phone and emails and no good. My advice just go there is u have issue or just dont buy a car form there
