The best physios and sports scientists around. Tom and David are brilliant. I've been visiting for a few months now and I won't go anywhere else. There are stairs to get to the treatment rooms, and a gym on the top floor, in case you have issues climbing stairs. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Richard is brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about getting you fixed and back on your feet. Tore my ACL and meniscus badly. Every session, he took me through the movements and explain exactly what was happening inside my knee and what I needed to do to fix myself. He even gave me stretches to help my sciatica which I've suffered from for over 10 years. (Side Cossack Lunges). Highly recommended. A+++++++

I saw Dave to get my Ossur knee brace re-fitted. Dave was very helpful and not only did an A1 job of the re-fitting, he was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable aboutboth the brace and the knee joint in general, passing on some useful tips and knowledge. As a bonus there was allocated parking right outside the door. I would recommend.

I can highly recommend them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff (I had James who was fantastic), nice facilities with seemingly everything you could need, and very well run. They even provide your exercises through an app which is handy.
