Support field doesn't even work! I tried Safari, Chrome & Firefox browsers. First, they designed the website so that the button to submit your ticket is off-screen so you have to zoom out on the page (command+minus key on Mac) to see the button. I guarantee 90% of people wouldn't know to do this. EVEN WORSE - IT DOESN'T WORK.

Doesn't even provide the actual error code. I don't know if this company is a startup or just has terrible management but this is abhorrent. Embarrassing. The least accessible company I have ever come across.
