Lovely staff at chertsey in general usually ok. Main problem is 8 till 10am opening times, if you work then you have to have time off to collect. Everything is now done online so like everything else its not always suitable for senior citizens sadly. Out of choice I avoid Royal Mail but thats no reflection on the staff its the big cheeses at the top that have ruined what was a job that everyone wanted in past times.. I wholeheartedly support their strikes and hope they get what they want!
