        Careless rude staff.. if you have any allergies don't go here, they do not care about cross contamination whatsoever. Food had to be sent back, because it was so burnt. The chairs had old bits of dried food on them. Will not be back for sure. Dietary restrictions: Do not go, cross contamination is not a consideration.

        Distinctly mediocre food. I dint understand the popularity of this chain at all. The pizza is expensive and tastes like fancy frozen pizza. The espresso martini I had tasted thin and too sweet. Staff were friendly but were allowing five kids (who were seated at a table on their own away from their parents) to run around and scream all night. The only good thing being that the decor is decent and you know what youre going to get.

        Very welcoming very cozy there and food was lovely gentleman that served us geordie was very friendly and helpful and the other chap that served us our food was very helpful too thank you pizza express
