Paul is not an estate agent in the sense that comes to mind when thinking about estate agents. Ive had the pleasure of buying a house through Paul. A lovely kind person, always accommodating, Paul proactively supported the sales process by prompting the sellers for action. Im very pleased that I went with the solicitors Paul had recommended because they work well together and everything went faster consequently. Paul also recommended an amazing builder to me, another lovely reliable and trustworthy professional. Ive also had the pleasure to meet Julie, who works on the rentals side, when Paul escaped on holiday. Julie was also lovely and super helpful. So If you are on a house hunt looking for a reliable, trustworthy, kind, cooperative, lovely, very well connected partner, then Paul is your man and you are on the track to a VIP buy/sell experience. Not an estate agent that will feed you a whole load of boloney trying to hard sell inappropriate properties and think they know best, but rather a high calibre professional trustworthy and reliable partner who will escort you through your house hunt journey, and, if you are lucky enough like me, through the sale process too. Thank you Paul, for everything, I'm so lucky to have called you that Saturday to view a house (that I really didnt want to view), because, thankfully, I met you and you took me to the house I ended up buying.

I have had the pleasure of working with Paul at James Ramsey and in my experience of buying and selling you will never meet a more professional and conscientious estate agent. In July we got the keys to our terraced Victorian house! Paul was the seller and honestly was incredible throughout every step of the process. - He was always available for additional viewings & surveys, knowledgable, honest, and most importantly: not pushy. It really felt like he was on our side every step of the way. We will definitely consider Paul & James Ramsey in the future. Highly Recommended!
