        I have to to say after years of regular gyms and feeling utterly intimidated this place is the place to be. It has a wonderful ambience, and is very friendly. I would really recommend this gym.

        I am 59 years old, hate getting hot and sweaty. Always maintained I was a swimmer but I was paying the usual circa 50 a month but never going. Tried the weights and waved my trainer at the treadmill but never came close to making a commitment to get out of the couch! Ive been a member of Nag since January, yes Im paying more but the big difference is Im using it! Billz is great fun and great at making you work just that little harder than you would on your own. A personal trainer three times a week, four week of the month x 52. To say Im getting value for money is an understatement! Im fitter and feel sooo much better. You feel valued at NAG, were all in it together. Cant recommend enough!
