Very happy with the service received by Johnson & Jones. We were nervous embarking on selling a property for the first time but the team were so helpful and knowledgable. Communication was great and consistent, no problem too big or small. Tracy and her colleagues went above and beyond to keep the sale of our flat on track. I would highly recommend Johnson & Jones and can't thank the team enough for their help and hard work.

Poor experience - offer accepted in a house which later turned into a contract race and ended up costing a lot of money for nothing. Not a pleasant experience

We can not praise Johnson & Jones enough. Tracy and Craig where amazing from start to finish. Helped us find the perfect buyer and recommended a solicitor. The process was done start to finish in just over 2 months, unbelievable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

J&J are amazing, Tracy and Craig were brilliant and efficient. Tracy responded to emails and questions in a flash and i was kept up to date from day one. The service is second to none and it is everything you expect and more from a company. I was also given a welcome gift which was a nice touch. Highly recoommend!!

There really was no other choice when it came to choosing an Estate Agent to sell my flat. Having purchased the property through Johnson and Jones seven years ago I wanted someone who would guide me through every step of the process. Craig and Tracy are second to none. Craig and his team were excellent at keeping me up to date with viewings that were planned and were very accommodating with busy schedules. Once the property sold Tracy's knowledge and expertise were so valuable in guiding me through the selling process and keeping me up to date with where we were at. Couldn't recommend them any higher, first class service from a small caring company.
