        Credit control is particularly useless. The decision maker who implements their system for invoices under query needs to have a total rethink. Been like this for many years sadly. More recently I received a duplicate invoice and still no credit note months later. Credit control cant expedite a query, they just fob you off. Many many years ago they even took court action, but pulled out last minute to correct their billing error. I hear you saying, why do you use them then?. I have stopped, but unfortunately I inherited them again as a supplier when changing employment. Kone are not a supplier out of choice.
