        I bought the jar of Dill Marinated Herring and it was excellent. Cant wait to buy the other varieties.

        The product which arrived from two last orders was really strange. A shell is very elastic and hard, difficult to pop when bitten. When it's bitten a film of caviar remains in the mouth. The caviar shells are very hard and are similar to plastic. On the official website of the Company, caviar has a description that Keta salmon produce large translucent eggs with robust shells that pop in the mouth. The caviar grains from the last 2 orders are difficult to pop, it is so tasteless and hard to eat this caviar. Good quality caviars must be tender enough to melt in the mouth when eaten.
