        Excellent service from the team at KBS in Chertsey. Richard was great and is clearly a proper hard core cyclist with a lot of knowledge and experience. I understand this is the Kona UK manufacturers shop and it was great to receive such expert advise. 100% would use again without hesitation.

        I rang to enquire about a bike and they didn't have this particular one in stock so they got it ordered in for my son to try before purchasing. Went in to try the bike and the member of staff was really helpful.

        David was very knowledgeable, patient and superb customer service, so glad I went here to spend my money after the shocking service I received at Surrey cycles in Addlestone. Shop looked superb, clean and tidy!

        Great team & great work, got a cracked rim with hub motor and the team rebuilt it completely with a stronger option, also fitted disk brake to replace v-brake system while keeping original brake levers, Ive done 600miles since and no issues honest price for a honest job I recommend !
