Used to enjoy the work here, Residents liked me and appreciated my dedication. Came well skilled for the role and learnt much, mostly from the senior staff and those I liked and got on well with, that's only when people were able to learn from me too. I could be recognised and treated respectfully then. Home changed beyond recognition in some aspects.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the grange who looked after our friend David so well. He was very well cared for and became very fond of all the people who looked after him. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Emma

My father has been in this care home since December 2021 and this care home is extremely low standards staff have been awful to my father leaving him to defend for himself as he cannot get dressed himself he presses the call button and no one comes to see to him he calls my mother to call the care home for my mother to get the staff to go and get help this shouldn't happen seems we are doing the job they are in employed to do ,they food is terrible and cold and plus no one emails back if you email them ,staff are unhelpful and disorganised i so want my father out of there ASAP as well-being is deteriorating at a fast rate in this place.
