Snow + Rock Chertsey

Don't bother going to Chertsey if you are interested in climbing gear. There is one very small corner with items on display. They have only one make of harness and a couple of makes for shoes. The staff are difficult to find and when you do track someone down they have no interest in engaging with you as a customer and no interest in the products. The attitude of the staff is that they have had to come and serve you instead of sleeping. The manager should be ashamed of the service, which ranks high for the worst I have experienced.

Thank you so much to Paul for helping me out with my gait testing , taking into consideration different foot support I need for different sports . Paul also remained professional and polite when another customer was being disruptive and rude well done to Paul and the team for dealing with this so well !

Bought ski boots, staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right fitting. Note, obtaining a booking can be difficult unless out of typical 9-5 working hours

You must book a fitting for boots When staff realised we didn't have a booking we were then ignored even though we were hoping to buy new outfits It's not what it used to be
