Honeycomb Pharmacy

Am very unprofessional staff , call the pharmacy and they was saying that the medications are ready but when I got in there I hayto wait for all most an hours to collect them and also they didnt have all the medication Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting

I changed to this pharmacy last year when I moved into the area. They have delt with three of my prescriptions since then and there has been problems each time. Having to repeatedly go back as prescriptions are incomplete (the last time it took 3 weeks!) Older female staff in there are abrupt, rude and quite frankly couldn't care less. I will not now, or ever again use this "service"

Disgraceful behaviour from that young girl Charlotte and lower than low cost customer service provided - this individual is so rude and accusing client to forge prescriptions while the GP actually confirmed to her over the line that it is him who modified the document. Unsure what qualifications / certification she has to put such serious allegations like this on the table without any evidence ? Obviously few steps missed during the education and training sadly ! Also just to point that It is not the first time that staff is rude in there - will go to Lloyds brox road instead, much more friendly and welcoming treating clients with respect and dignity, not like you

Really lovely pharmacy. Didnt have to wait long for my prescription and wasn't too busy. Friendly staff and great service. I'll definitely be returning here in future
