        if I could give no stars I would. They never have all my medication in they would rather stand there and chat than serve customers. never answer the phone. have now changed pharmacy's

        As usual a farce to pick up meds. No items had come through from doctors so I go off and get them resent. Return the next day, no items on system. After checking again they find the prescription printed off somewhere. Wait 20 minutes to be told out of stock so left with no medicine for whole weekend . Lady on the till quite rude. Im going to get my meds elsewhere as its always the same bad, irritating service and looking at the reviews its common practice !

        Can the Area Manager/Director of Lloyds Pharmacy give this team more resource so they can serve the public. Someone needs to be at the till, Pharmacist(s) completing prescriptions and free to answer medical questions and another to pick up the PHONE!
