    Mark has been training me twice a week for over a year now and I have never felt stronger. I have a slipped disc, and he helped me make my back strong again and I really do feel that it is the strongest not just my back has been but I feel strong. He listened to my concerns about my back and adapted when required and really built up my confidence in what I can achieve with a slipped disc. Not only is his tailored training sessions giving me a brilliant workout, he also makes them really fun and engaging. I would highly recommend Mark for your personal training journey. He genuinely cares about you achieving your goals and if you can handle a few bad jokes then you will love working with him.

    Since retiring from football 10+ years ago, I had struggled to gain consistency and momentum in my own training. I maintained a base level of fitness but didn't really see progression and I soon became bored of whatever new thing I started. Then I began personal training sessions with Mark in October 2020 and I have never looked back. Mark continues to tailor my training to challenge me and push me to do things I didn't think I could do. Sessions are varied and include HIIT, weight training, TRX (to name a few)... Mark has improved my cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, toning - I feel the strongest I have ever felt and I feel so much more resilient in life... AND... Mark has kept me motivated, engaged and helped me to achieve the consistency I was so lacking when training alone. He is a really awesome guy and a great trainer. If you're looking for someone who cares and wants to help you make positive change.... Mark Hoggins is your guy :)
