I've been using SRP for nearly five years now to carry out my check-ins, inventories and mid term visits for my three properties in Kingston. These days it's unusual to find a supplier that you feel happy to continue working with for such a long time, but I've got no reason whatsoever to change. The clerks are always friendly and professional and know their stuff. The reports are incredibly detailed, and the people in the office are really helpful, like they can never do enough to help. Life as a landlord means you're under pressure all the time, so it's a relief to know I never have to worry about my inventories. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Really poor service. A lot of things were missed on the check out report. I had to make my own document with images to send to them to update the file, as so many details that were obvious were never mentioned on the report. Other google reviews by landlords state the same issue. Beware and do not use this company, complete waste of time.

Use them regularly through work and could not recommend them enough! Always helpful and willing to get the extra mile with great service

As a company we have used SRP Inventories for many years and have been really impressed with their service and professionalism. The website is so easy to use and allows us to quickly book appointments and notify landlord and tenants when appointments are taking place. As an agent, having everything in one place makes our working life so much more efficient. I would like to say a special thank you to Roman for all his hard work, nothing is ever a stress for him, no matter what the problem is. Roman always manages to fix our check ins / check out dates when changed at short notice, and he is always there to help, he is so efficient, professional, and thankfully really organized,.
