I was extremely disappointed with Heatsource both in terms of reliability and value for money. I needed a small amount of work done on my boat following a failed safety inspection. It took two weeks before my initial message was responded to. All subsequent text communications were tardy and lacking detailed information. After taking a day off work to meet James at the boat it turned out that his visit was only to assess the work and give a quote. Subsequently a I received a quote for 750 with no date for completion offered. In the end I employed an alternative qualified engineer who completed the certified work in 90 minutes for 114. I'd suggest you seek a more honourable gas engineer elsewhere.

Sunday night my Gas boiler stopped working. Monday first thing it was inspected for the fault, by that afternoon it was failed part had been replaced and boiler serviced. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Service: Heating system repair

When our heating system broke, I used reviews on Google to select a local company to come and sort it - and Im so glad I chose Heatsource. James responded rapidly, coming round within an hour to diagnose the problem - he impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism, quickly identifying the issue and explaining clearly. Unfortunately the parts needed ordering, but he found a way to get us a tank of hot water to keep us going. His colleague Lee arrived with these parts the next day, and was similarly excellent, rapidly fixing the problems and then giving the boiler a full service with safety issues identified too. Cannot fault these guys - will definitely be using them again - their rapid response, expert knowledge, friendly, communicative approach and efficiency are top class. Thanks!
