bin here 3 times now within opening hours and it's never open! I also spoke to a lady on the phone that was very rude and clearly not wanting any business! real shame I could of bin a good customer...

I went to this shop for my daughter's birthday outfit. Well!!! I have never known such unprofessionalism coupled with sheer ignorance. The lady here was exceptionally rude, unwelcoming and on the phone a lot. I went back later in the day thinking that she'd be in a better mood. No. Absolutely no change! What a shame as some of the stock looked good. The few items I got to see in the midst of feeling very uncomfortable! Certainly will not be going again!!
