        0 star rating. It was busy, no spaces on the side I needed so I had to reverse in but the lady wouldnt authorise the pump saying I need to be facing forward. I explained it was busy but clearly she lacked any common sense! Took it up with the store manager who confirmed, it wasnt mandatory, illegal or a safety issue and he would have a word with the staff in question. Two months later, same issue and same lady! I think Ill take it up with the head office. Forecourt too small, staff are clueless and exit is pathetic!!!
