        The customer service at the site is very poor the agent on the desk was more interested in discussing her holiday plans that helping us retrieve our vehicles they did not inform us in advance that even though our even was stolen we had to pay 200 to get our vehicle in a time when you going through a bad situation a little courtesy and compassion shouldnot be too much to ask for

        Ladies in the office were very respectful and nice but the guy who drove my car to me was extremely rude and dismissive, I guess this is what happens when they get automatic business from police when they cease the cars, people get arrogant and although in no place of authority, they feel a bit authoritative
