        Untrained staff on disabled young adults. The staff don't want and like disabled people to volunteer there in the Chertsey surrey UK runnymead. They discriminate on the disabled people who volunteer there .

        The manager is really rude. I've had this experience in there twice now! I couldn't see a price and it was put somewhere I could not see. I'm in a wheelchair, it was not clear for me! Its a shame its queen Elizabeth's foundation charity as the manager clearly has no understanding of disabilities. Shame on you!

        Lovely well presented shop! The first thing that hits you is how surprisingly bigger inside then it looks and smells nice and refreshing. Some fab labels at good prices all in size order and fabulously merchandised. A real gem!
