        Worst service ever, it's not realistic to get appoitment in a short time. The people at the reception can't help much, at most they will tell you to try to do the booking the next day.

        If there were 0 stars i would put this down, appalling treatment by the reception. Very unrealistic website that is always down, no way of communicating with any help - very distressing
