        Not impressed. 3 hours labour to change brakes and discs all round at a labour charge of 75ph. Yet they only charged me 0.5 hours to change a calliper... My parking brake has also been over tightened and can barely get it set even by one click to be operational. I have attached the invoice so you can make your own mind up. I will not be using them again.

        Had an issue with my exhaust, I got a courtesy car (which I wasn't expecting) and their service from start to finish was superb. I am glad found them, and will be using them again, highly recommended.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had an almost identical experience to Alex K. Bought a car which developed faults on the M25 on the journey home. I had the car independently examined, and was advised it was too dangerous to drive. After 6 months i got the money back Via Bank Chargeback. HCL STILL refuse to collect the car from me, and are now threatening me with court action to get the money for this LEMON of a car. I am eagerly awaiting my day in court - Bring it on!!
