        Im rather surprised by the other reviews I regularly donate books to Barnardos & the ladies who volunteer there are LOVELY! Always say thank you & always have a cheery smile! The special displays they do for Poppy Day etc are amazing too !

        I donated some of my clothes today to this charity shop and was rather upset by the manner in which I was spoken to by the member of staff that took my donations from me . All I did was ask politely if I could keep the bag that I had brought with me. To which I was rather angrily told that I should have bagged it for them as it costs a fortune to supply bin bags for donations. Next time I have anything to donate I'll take it elsewhere thank you . By the way Thank you was all I expected to hear because manners cost nothing .

        Excellent range of products. When I went into their shop today, I was overcharged. The staff can't count or use a till correctly.
