        We have had this silk carpet for 14 years and never cleaned. It looked very sad after years of children and dogs! Nouman came, collected and then delivered the carpet after cleaning it. It looks like new. Brilliant service - really pleased.

        This is a shop run with love and passion. The owner will help you with colour schemes, offer to make to a special design, show you infinite options with genuine interest. There are modern designs too its nothing like the old fashioned Persian carpet shops. This is a wonderous shop and we are fortunate he came to our modest high street in Chertsey.

        First rate service from Norman. Advice before and after, superb cleaning so that my rugs look and feel soft and new. He stayed in touch during the process and even helped me put them back in place. Will definitely revisit either for cleaning or purchasing new. Many thanks for a truly personal service.
