Place is a little deceiving looking from outside but dont be put off. This is a very reasonable local pub who are trying their best during tough times. The roast was really tasty but the portion could have been larger and actually as we were leaving we seen others with portions almost double the size. Im not sure if this was because they were locals or if it was later on and they had extra food left. Unfortunately was not massively full as we left.

The new landlord and landlady are really making an effort with this pub and it is now light and airy with lots of events/ food offerings during the week. The new Sunday Roast is excellent value at 10 and the apple crumble and custard for 2.50ps a bargain.
