Back in the summer Kevin from Home Heating came to install a new radiator for our bedroom, but despite several attempts he couldnt get it to work. In trying to do so he switched off all of our other radiators to try to get the new one to work. He suggested changing the piping system in the whole house at huge cost! So we decided between us to leave it for a while while we decided what to do as it wasnt cold yet. On turning on our heating system a month ago we found that 3 of the radiators had not been turned back on, I managed to turn on one of them, but I could not get the other two to work. I have called and texted Kevin 7 or 8 times in the past month to come and turn the 2 rads back on for me (a 5 min job) only to be totally ignored. Finally a few days ago I got a text basically Im busy till January get someone else. Since using Home Heating we have gone from a house with ALL our radiators working perfectly to having 3 that dont, and a cold house. We are both really disappointed in the treatment we have received from Kevin and his company Home Heating, we have a small child who now has to get up to the toilet in the night to a freezing cold bathroom due to Kevins refusal to fix the problems he has caused. Whats even more upsetting is that he seemed to be such a nice, friendly guy, so dont be fooled. And dont expected any after sale care from him, he simply doesnt care. DO NOT USE HOME HEATING there are plenty of better plumbing companies out there!
