We had the wrong colour silicon render applied to our wall by a local builder. So we searched online for the best silicon paint available to rectify the problem. Wesley Jones at SAS was so helpful in his advice and anxious to ensure we got the exact colour we wanted. He sent out samples to try and I cannot praise him enough. He replied quickly to all emails and even phoned me on several occasions regarding our order. Which to be fair was not a big one. The paint was delivered on time and matched exactly what we wanted. My dealing with SAS from start to finish were second to none and a pleasure to deal with. Oh and i nearly forgot. The paint product is superb great coverage and water just runs off it.

Did not deliver at the time / day that they promised to, even when given clear and specific instructions on delivery, this caused a lot of cost implications and problems for us, not at all pleased with their service. P.S the response from the owner below just proves exactly how oblivious and ignorant this company is, I have spoken to them many times about this issue, the director was aware of my dis satisfaction re the issues they caused, and now they say "if you are a customer of ours" they cant even remember the customer that spend 4 grand with them and the customer that they were unable to deliver to.
