Foxglove Therapies - Ceri Crossland

I have suffered with severe sciatica since having a fall and 2 slipped discs about 6-7 years ago. I have tried several physiotherapist exercises, acupuncture and acupressure and also been to a chiropractor. Nothing seems to relieve it much and the pain and tightness always remains. I had one session with Ceri last week and for the first time in years, my muscles were completely relaxed and I have been pain free. I have had my second session today and am really excited about how much relief I am getting. Thank you Ceri, you truly are a miracle worker, highly recommend this treatment with you.

Ive been having Reflexology with Ceri for 13 years. I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis and a monthly session has, without a doubt,helped my feet immensely. Ceri is a lovely warm and friendly person, extremely professional and knowledgeable in her trade. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Ceri is a great practitioner and very knowledgeable of the teachings and methods of Reflexology. Myself as a Podiatrist was intrigued in this type of practice and since my latest visit to Ceri, feel that it is something that I would like to learn. She was very inviting and warmly spoken, a well deserved 5 stars treatment in my eyes! :)

I have found Ceri to be a very warm and welcoming personality and extremely knowledgeable within her field. I have had various ailments over the years and Ceri has never failed to sort them out, I would highly recommend her.
