Quality, expertise and service, the team at Hamilton Kitchens excel in every area. The design process was a delight, where their experience combined with our requirements to create the perfect kitchen for us. They are so flexible with everything, we could keep going back and making tweaks as many times as we wanted but each time they would give us their view and build on our thoughts, so that everything really worked. They could even account for non-standard items in the design, like the piano that we have in the corner of our Kitchen. Installation was a dream, everything went in exactly as planned and on schedule. They worked directly with our builder to ensure that everything was sequenced properly and we didnt have to worry about organising anything. And the finished product is absolutely stunning. It is the hub of our home and we couldnt be happier. But the one thing that stands out above all else is the level of service that Hamilton provide. 18 months after our kitchen was installed the element went in our Caple oven. It was the 21st December and I was having visions of a ruined Christmas. I was frantically looking for our Caple warranty and when I couldnt find it, I contacted Hamilton in case they had anything on record. Not only did they provide me with the info I was looking for about 20 minutes after I emailed, they came around with a spare oven that afternoon and installed it in place of the broken one and absolutely saved our Christmas plans. Caple were very good and sent someone around to fix the oven but it was early Jan when they came, so without Hamilton we would have been having a very different Christmas. So a huge thank you to all of your team there. A level of service that you struggle to find nowadays. I wouldve recommended Hamilton before anyway but after that they have blown me away. They are just amazing!

I am so pleased with my new kitchen fitted by The Hamilton Kitchen Company. Their attention to detail is second to none and everyone is so helpful, pleasant and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend them as a company to work with in designing and fitting a new kitchen.

Highly recommend The Hamilton Kitchen Company. Great choices to choose from, colours and units. Quality of wood etc is fab. Jamie, Marie and Scott excel on customer service, and really go out of their way to ensure you get the kitchen you want. Very knowledgeable about kitchen refurbs, giving great suggestions and ideas. Thank you for our refit.
