I was really impressed with these guys. Friendly service throughout, nothing we asked, seemed to be too much of an issue or a stupid question, and they also helped to fix an issue with our van.

Purchased 2022 Landrover Defender urban today from Big van world and I have to say that from start to finish the standard of service was Excellent! Young Michael was an absolute star, very polite and happy to answer questions (which I had a few!) not in anyway pushy and genuinely a real pleasure to deal with. Even got collected from the station by the owner Micheal senior and its very evident to see that he genuinely cares about good customer satisfaction. Actually all the team seemed really genuine and lovely. Id definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them. Many thanks for my beautiful car I absolutely Love it! Lisa

We used Big Van World for the recent purchase off our 18 Seater Ford Transit Minibus. The process was smooth and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and Mike Austin Junior guided us throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend.

Very good selection of vehicles for sale. Friendly staff, not at all pushy. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Michael and I are both very busy guys and so getting hold of each other wasn't always straight forward, although the whole process went almost without a hitch. Despite a power cut on site, meaning the collection of my vehicle was a little later than arranged, the paperwork side of things was handled smoothly and the vehicle has so far been great. (Almost 3 weeks in at this point)

Picked up my new van on Friday 17th March. Chris from big van world made the sale very easy for me. I found him very professional, didnt pressure me into a sale and explained the finance and warranty options clearly. I can highly recommend.
