DONT BUY From this company, shocking customer service. We have 5 years warranty and only had item a year . They won't help and the warranty means nothing to them . BE Warned Stay away from them .

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT I am wholeheartedly withdrawing my previous email, which was quite a scathing attack on this organisation, which, for a second time, has gone over and above for me. It was down to confusion to which I was, inadvertently, partly at fault for. However, when this was cleared up by the wonderful Tara, everything worked like a well oiled machine. Tara worked relentlessly in order to make sure I had my replacement chair as soon as it was humanly possible to do so. When I understood that they were having problems with a supplier delivering my choice of colour, but I am over the moon with the substitute colour. In fact I think I prefer it. The fact that Tara offered a goodwill gesture also was more than I expected, but as we live on a limited income, this was gratefully appreciated. I would also like to mention Joshua for making sure that the chair was palleted immediately when there was a gap, even though they were extremely busy with timed deliveries. Thank you once again for all your hard work and Tara's follow up call to make sue that I was pleased with everything. This is taking customer service and satisfaction to a whole new level. The delivery driver also went out of his way to make sue the chair was brought into our home, although we understood it was only offered as a kerb side drop.

Order for Merino recliner chair on 10th January, 14th February still waiting. Finance arranged 10th January, as per your instructions, via PayPal. My order was in your warehouse on 25th January. 2nd February, delivery still unscheduled. Then I was advised that the delivery which was originally scheduled for end of January, now the second week of February is another revisedate. Guess what, no contact, payment already made and still no communication from Tara, who was the person I was dealing with. I could have ordered the same item from a competitor at a cheaper price and a free set up of the chair at my home, instead of the kerb side delivery offered by Glebe. However, I stayed faithful to this Company, as I had ordered a mobility scooter from them previously and had no complaints. Not like the catalogue of unprofessionalism, in my opinion, at this juncture.
