Excellent customer service, Emma and Michael were always available when I had any questions. The quality of work is second to none and is way above any larger companies Ive used in the past. Would recommend Damp Group Bristol a million times over for any Damp Proofing work.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service! Mike was extremely professional and kept me informed with every step of the process and answering any questions I had, and Emma was lovely to talk to and ensured all my enquiries were answered promptly. The job was done to a high standard and I will most definitely be using them again if I need anything else done to the house.

I can't recommend this company enough, from the moment I called them to ask for a quote, they were understanding, kind and quick to arrange a date to quote. Emma has been fantastic in assuring me that they would be able to resolve our rising damp issues, they have not disappointed! We had two guys arrive a few days ago and they completed all works within 2 days, they left the place tidy and clean! Thank you so much for giving us such a positive experience, we are new to Bristol and took a gamble by choosing your company as we did not know what would happen as you hear horror stories about builders ripping you off but we have been really happy with the service, price and finish. We have another small area of damp in our basement flat and looking to get the guys back in to do more work for us! Service: Water damage-related pest control

I Highly recommend this company we would definitely use them again for ongoing work. We used Damp Group Bristol to Damp proof a barn we are converting. Mike and Emma couldnt have been more helpful. Mikes advice and knowledge was second to none, he gave us several options for damp proofing based on different budgets and was always available on the phone for advice. Emma dealt with our booking quickly and efficiently and was very accommodating when our build schedule was delayed and we had to amend dates.
