We recently adopted a cat and we couldnt have been happier with the service that Cats Protection gave us. They were kind, helpful and made the whole process really easy, especially as we have a young family. Thank you Sarah C particularly for introducing us to our lovely cat and for your invaluable advice and support. Would highly recommend

Since covid they won't let you browse just to look at the cats unless you're serious about an adoption on the day. Takes the fun and spontaneity out of it completely.

I cannot praise the people here at Cats Protection enough. They are the most loveliest, kindest and compassionate people I have come across in the Cats Protection. They really care about the cats and ensuring whomever is adopted into the best family for that cat. They were patient, friendly, informative and so helpful during our first visit to meet a cat I had called up in advance about. Of course we fell in love with him and decided we had to bring him home. On our second visit to bring him home, the staff were just as lovely and helpful as on our first visit. A shout out to Joe, who took us around on our first visit, and Hannah who I spoke with on the phone, they were both just so lovely and helpful. Adopting a cat is really the best thing you can do if you are looking to add a fluffy friend to your family, and its a great honour to support a charity that does such good work as the Cats Protection does.
