I started with Nicki when my youngest was three years old. I had been suffering with abdominal separation and the after effects of labour damage. I worried Id left it too late to make a positive change. I am now the strongest and fittest I have ever been and my core and pelvic floor are so strong. I love our face to face PT sessions and the zoom group sessions are invaluable to keep on track in between. I recommend Nicki for anyone looking to improve their overall health, strength and fitness both in the near future and in later life.

Joining the F10 has been amazing!! Nicki is just the best !!. Every class has so much energy and focus. I have enjoyed every live session and when I can't make the lives I just catch up later. It fits in perfectly with 2 toddlers. Thank you Nicki for making me so much stronger and healthier

Best PT ever! Nicki really knows her stuff - getting you the results you want. Her fun, positive, attitude is infectious and the way in which she trains has made me find exercise genuinely enjoyable (something I never thought Id say!). She really helps to build confidence (within yourself and the gym). Always there to support, motivate and encourage, Nicki goes above and beyond for all her clients & I cant recommend her enough!

Nicki has been my PT for three years and she keeps me fit, strong & motivated. I love her attitude to health and fitness, her enthusiasm and energy are infectious. During lockdown her online classes were brilliant and even now when I see Nicki in person at the gym I love the fact that I can dip in and do an online class, live or recorded any time I want.

Nicki is amazing. Genuinely, I do not know of anyone with a better knowledge of the female body & fitness. She just seems to know how to get the best out of me, especially when I doubt myself, & is always so positive & upbeat you cannot help but feel confident when with her. I feel incredibly lucky to be trained by Nicki. I cannot thank her & recommended her highly enough.
