        Amazing service. My email was replied to very promptly with tonnes of advice on how I can address the issues of condensation now (as they're very busy to visit straight away). We're all trying to save money during this period of stupid energy prices, and it was really refreshing to recieve some solid advice for free. Would really recommend contacting these guys with your queries.

        I asked for a survey as we have a condensation problem in our bungalow .Matt was brilliant and came back to me over the Christmas break with free advice saying he didnt want to charge me for a survey I didnt need .You dont often get something for free so very impressed and grateful Janet, Bill Warne

        Matthew recently resolved some long standing issues with rising damp in our basement having previously also provided some wood worm treatment in the rest of the house. He is an extremely professional and knowledgeable tradesman, he is very thorough and detailed in his assessment of work and was helpful in providing a number of different options for the job. He backs up his work with guarantees and is clearly passionate about doing a great job. I found Matthew to be very tidy, trustworthy and reliable, and as the only tradesman to have ever bought me a pain au chocolate from the local bakery, comes highly recommended!

        Matthew supported us with a thorough survey report, held my hand through the listed building consent process and then carried out the work to the highest quality standard. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, reliable and just gets on with the job in hand. I particularly liked the daily email updates. I was clear on what had been done, what was being done next and had an idea of a completion date. Looking forward to him supporting us with some further work in the not-too-distant future but I know how in demand he is! Thanks again Matthew.
