I don't recommend this company. They quote you one number for the salt usage. Your salt usage is 3 times higher, with no difference before softener and after. When you ask them to check what is wrong they charge you another 100

Clean, professional and exactly as discussed when measured for fitting. Weve had the system fitted a few weeks now and the difference to clothes / dishwashing, our childs skin complaint was noticeable after only a few days. Thank you to Warren for a clear no hard sell approach and Simon for a fitting that looks like the system has always been there. If youre thinking about it, take the time to get the team in and show you what it can do.

I have had the water softener installed for just over a week. The install by Simon was very professionally done. He took time to explain the set up and helped with setting up the app. Warren was very knowledgeable about the product and there was no hard sell. I have noticed the difference in taste, the reduction in washing liquid use and an improvement on my child's skin already. If you are thinking about having a water softener fitted give Warren a call to discuss your requirement.

I wanted a quality water softener system and first came across Cotswold Water Softeners in 2019. I did have a full house install and once this was completed, Tim asked me to review and said 'if your review were to be 5* - we will send you a pack of 6 block salts' so I never reviewed as rewarding reviews in my opinion does not necessarily give a true picture. Fast forward to 2023 and it seems Cotswold Water Softener has been sold to Harvey Waters. I have 7 years guarantee left so it would have been nice to know Tim sold the comp and where to go in case something happens. Well, it did happen the Friday week before Christmas, around 11pm. Total flood. Calling Cotswold didn't work and eventually got Harvey and I'm now totally confused who does or does not do what but iwas given the last appt before Xmas but that was cancelled by Simon on the day. Now had to wait to the new year with no filter. Day finally come and Simon visits. I had shared a photo of the leak with Lesley who hadn't shared that with Simon. He explained that had he seen that, he could have solved the problem remotely. Never mind, I've waited 2+ weeks and he's here now. Soon fixed and sorted. Then 11 days after visit, I get a 120 call out charge bill that I knew nothing about! I do explain I'm not going to pay that as I wasn't told. The filter is good but the after care is not. Except for Simon who is great.
