Always kind and reassuring. I feel our dog, George, is in really good hands at Dragon Vets. Its easy to get an appointment and everybody is friendly.

We sadly had to have our beautiful dog put to sleep on Thursday. The lovely vet who looked after us couldnt have been more professional. Obviously we were upset and we were grateful to be told that we could settle the bill when we collected her ashes. This was also confirmed by the receptionist. Five days later we received a call from Dragon asking to settle the bill. When we explained that we were told that we could do that when collecting her ashes it then transpired that her body was still at Dragon and wouldnt be sent for cremation until the account was paid. We have no issue paying the account at all. If we had been told the policy when she was put to sleep we would have called and paid at home the same day. They have been completely unethical and have caused us so much distress since. Where on earth has her body been stored all this time? We have two elderly dogs who we will now need to find another vet for as we can no longer trust Dragon.
