        Going to the vet is never a fun experience but the staff where great and helped not only calm us down but with the care they provided.

        Out of hours is vile. The "vet" that saw our cat refused to do anything without money which set the tone for what they were prepared to do, did not administer any pain relief bearing in mind she was in agony from poisoning as the guy said she was too neurologically damaged, apparently, to feel the pain. Yet the noises she was making clearly contradicted this. Anyway after getting their money (because his manager was putting pressure on him apparently - liar) the most cold hearted person ever brought our cat out, gave us a few minutes with her and then put her to sleep saying "these things happen". No warmth at all. How DARE you treat people and their pets like this??? Absolutely disgusting. Care only about money and most definitely NOT the wellbeing of the very loved pet. The cat would have been put to sleep anyway, I accept that, but that bedside manner and knowing that the person cared would have made all the difference. You ruined our last moments with our beautiful cat.
