        The business I work for required immediate training to meet one of our customers care needs. I contacted many accredited training providers who were not available to provide the service we needed. When contacting Tidal Training Ltd, they understood our situation and had a fantastic trainer out to us within a few days. This was very impressive! The training itself was exceptional. Chris was funny, informative, detailed in his teachings whilst appreciating my staff all work and learn to different speeds. It was not only theory but the practical items brought out in his presentation, made learning fun and interactive. I cannot commend Tidal Training enough for their outstanding services!
